Security of customer data is our top priority. Each Sierra App is built following the Secure Software Development Lifecycle (SDL), including configurable authentication policies. Apps are therefore free of operating system, SQL injection, memory corruption or information leak vulnerabilities.

Each Sierra App allows you to permission users of your choice, be they coworkers or clients. Each team member you permission must have his/her own user license. Once registered, you can control the range and depth of information that each team member is authorized to view and work with.

You may cancel, upgrade, or downgrade your Sierra App subscription at any time. There are no cancellation or change fees.

No. You don't have to pay extra for users with different permission levels. You can customize permissions for the Board Room, Shop Floor, and everything in between without worrying about cost impact.

Sierra Apps are designed with contracted and freelanced work in mind. Any licensed user sanctioned by you can be invited to participate in your projects and productivity ecosystem at no additional cost. When you invite new users to help deliver a project, you can opt to add them to your account. This lets you manage account-wide permissions and control what users see and do. Alternately, you can opt for users in your ecosystem to create their own Sierra Apps accounts. This option is preferred if the plans to use Sierra Apps for additional work beyond the scope of your purview.

Sierra Apps are priced in two parts: (1) A customer pays a low monthly flat rate per user license. This total is charged up front for the term of 12 months. (2) Set-up, integration, and app customization is delivered via a one-time fee. When you have made the decision to buy a Sierra App, our expert technicians will immediately contact you to discuss the set-up and customization sequence.

We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover, and Diners Club. You can also purchase your subscription with PayPal. Please note that sierraappstore purchases are intended for enterprise use. Therefore, a base of 10 user license subscriptions is the minimum purchase allowed.

Your credit card will be charged one time for a 12-month base contract (multiplied by the number of user licenses you buy). By default, your purchase will renew at the end of the contract term; we will send you a renewal receipt 30 days prior to your contract end. You may cancel your subscription anytime without hassle or cancellation fees.

Sierra Apps distinguish between product users and subscription administrators. Each admin user of the account can access your purchase history, your invoices, change your payment details, change your plan, and more.
